HERFORM is a women-focused hybrid training and wellness method led by a female coach and therapist. Strength training, resistance bands, wearable weights, Pilates-inspired core work, mobility and athletic conditioning are brought together — with remedial massage and recovery as a connected pillar.

The Method

Strength. Mobility. Power. Control.

The HERFORM Method brings together strength, mobility, core control and athletic movement in one women-focused training approach. Drawing inspiration from Pilates, resistance training, weightlifting movements, functional conditioning, yoga and martial arts such as Taekwondo and boxing, sessions use portable equipment and personalised programming to help women become stronger, fitter, more mobile, coordinated and capable.

HERFORM mobile training is designed around a compact but versatile equipment system. Sessions may include resistance bands, mini bands, wrist and ankle weights, bodyweight exercises and additional resistance equipment depending on your goals. You do not need a home gym to start.
