Pilates-inspired control. Strength-focused training. Athletic conditioning. Taekwondo- and boxing-inspired movement.
HERFORM is a women-focused hybrid training and wellness method led by a female coach and therapist. Strength training, resistance bands, wearable weights, Pilates-inspired core work, mobility and athletic conditioning are brought together — with remedial massage and recovery as a connected pillar.
