HERFORM is preparing a first-visit offer for eligible new personal-service clients. The public value, eligible session, locations, scheduling and expiry are not yet confirmed. The separate Initial Posture & Movement Assessment is currently listed at $79; a requested $75 offer value has not been approved.

Joining booking notifications only asks HERFORM to email you when personal mobile bookings open. It does not reserve a free appointment, activate a promotion or opt you into Welliyah marketing.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

A gentle, specialised hands-on technique that may help manage appropriate swelling and support fluid movement where clinically suitable. This is a clinic appointment at MyCare Physiotherapy in Underwood, not a HERFORM home visit. Availability and appointment length are confirmed on MyCare's booking site.

Eligibility should be confirmed with Midori and, where relevant, your treating healthcare provider before booking.

New one-sided hot, red or painful swelling, suspected blood clot, acute infection, or heart or kidney concerns need medical assessment before massage.
