Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy from, book with or use the HERFORM website (herform.com.au). HERFORM is operated by HERFORM, ABN 23 212 891 558, based in Queensland, Australia.

By placing an order or making a booking you agree to these terms. Agreeing to these terms is separate from marketing — you will only receive marketing emails if you choose to opt in.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

HERFORM personal services are women-only and delivered by a female practitioner. Service suitability, location, availability and any travel fee are confirmed before an appointment is finalised.

HERFORM bookings are currently coming soon and will be managed through the Welliyah app when they open. Information you provide to Welliyah is also subject to Welliyah's own terms and privacy policy.

Pregnancy massage and pregnancy fitness begin from the second trimester (13+ weeks). Clients under 18 require parent or guardian consent. HERFORM may decline, pause or modify a service where screening, safety, scope of practice, conduct or the service environment makes this appropriate.

Eligible remedial massage services may qualify for a private health rebate depending on your insurer and policy. HERFORM does not guarantee a rebate. Fitness and personal training services are not currently offered as private-health rebate services.

Services are prepaid when bookings open. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. A cancellation or rescheduling request made with less than 24 hours' notice is not refundable, except where required by law.

If HERFORM needs to cancel, you may choose a reasonable replacement time or a refund for the affected prepaid service.

An enquiry or quote request is not a confirmed booking. An event is confirmed only when HERFORM accepts the booking in writing and any stated deposit or prepayment has been received.

Quotes describe the services, timing, location, travel, staffing, equipment, price, payment schedule and any event-specific cancellation terms offered for that event. If a quote conflicts with these general terms, the accepted quote applies to that event to the extent of the conflict.

Additional time, attendees, services, travel, parking, access requirements or changes requested after acceptance may require a revised quote. HERFORM may adjust delivery where venue conditions, safety, privacy, practitioner scope or attendee conduct requires it.

For larger, specialist or male-therapist requests, HERFORM may coordinate approved independent practitioners. Those practitioners are not automatically HERFORM employees. Availability is not guaranteed until an assignment is confirmed.

HERFORM digital gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and may be used across more than one eligible purchase until the balance is used. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

Unused gift cards may be cancelled for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Partially used gift cards are not refundable. Full delivery, redemption, balance and refund conditions are set out in the Gift Card Terms.

The HERFORM MOVE KIT and HERFORM RECOVERY GIFT are currently Coming Soon and unavailable to order. Joining a waitlist is not a purchase, reservation or guarantee of stock, price or launch timing.

Product contents, pricing, availability, shipping options, dispatch estimates and any product-specific conditions will be shown before checkout when sales open. HERFORM will not take payment for a product unless it is offered through an active checkout.

Product photographs are illustrative; colour and packaging may vary slightly. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). HERFORM is not currently registered for GST, so GST is not added to HERFORM prices or documents. This will change only if HERFORM becomes registered and the applicable amount is clearly shown.

Website card payments are processed securely by HERFORM's payment provider. HERFORM does not store full card numbers. Event quotes and invoices may instead use the payment instructions stated on the document.

A payment is treated as received only after it has been verified. A sent receipt, quote or invoice does not by itself prove payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practicable.

Australian Consumer Law guarantees continue to apply. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where goods or services fail to meet a consumer guarantee.

Please read product instructions, check equipment before each use, and stop using any item that is worn, split or damaged. Resistance bands should be used within their stated strength level and anchored securely.

Wrist and ankle weights are light wearable resistance. Do not use them for fast or explosive kicking or striking.

Choose activity suited to your ability. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort, and seek advice from your GP or health professional if you are pregnant, postnatal, injured or have a medical condition.

Website information and preparation guidance are educational only. They are not diagnosis, medical advice or a treatment plan and do not replace care from an appropriately qualified health professional.

Services are professional only. Sexual services, intoxicated clients, unsafe conduct and alcohol-focused wellness bookings are not accepted. Appropriate draping, consent and privacy apply to hands-on services.

Dry needling, cupping and other advanced techniques are offered only where appropriate and within the practitioner's qualifications, professional scope and insurance.
