Gift Card Terms
Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Validity
HERFORM Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the original date of purchase. A scheduled delivery date does not change the valid-until date.
Using your gift card
Gift cards can be used towards HERFORM services and HERFORM shop products. Balances may be used across more than one purchase until fully used or the valid-until date passes.
Not cash
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Delivery
Digital gift cards are sent by email to the recipient address provided, either shortly after payment or on the date chosen. Please check the email address carefully; you can update it from your gift details page.
Lost or undelivered emails
If a gift email cannot be found, it can be resent or sent to an updated address. Treat your gift code like cash — HERFORM is not responsible for use of a code by others once delivered to the address provided.
Refunds & cancellations
Unused gift cards may be cancelled for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Partially used gift cards are not refundable. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
We use sender and recipient details only to deliver and manage the gift. The recipient is not added to marketing unless she chooses to hear from HERFORM.
